At Ansam Jewel, we take pride in the quality of our products. We provide a One-Year Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects to give our customers confidence in every purchase.

Warranty Coverage

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects identified under normal use, including:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials

  • Faulty workmanship

  • Broken clasps resulting from manufacturing defects

  • Loose or detached stones caused by manufacturing defects

  • Plating defects resulting from manufacturing faults

If a covered defect is confirmed, Ansam Jewel will, at its discretion:

  • Repair the product,

  • Replace the product with the same or a comparable item, or

  • Issue store credit if repair or replacement is not possible.

Warranty Period

The warranty is valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase.

Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required for all warranty claims.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Scratches or surface marks

  • Damage caused by impact or accidental drops

  • Misuse or improper handling

  • Exposure to water or moisture

  • Exposure to perfumes, lotions, cosmetics, or chemicals

  • Damage caused by sweat or humidity

  • Tarnishing caused by improper storage or care

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

  • Loss or theft of the product

Warranty Claim Process

To submit a warranty claim:

  1. Contact our customer support team.

  2. Provide your order number or proof of purchase.

  3. Send clear photographs showing the issue.

  4. If required, return the product for inspection.

Claims are reviewed individually, and we aim to provide a response within a reasonable timeframe.

Product Care

Proper care helps extend the life of your jewelry.

We recommend:

  • Avoid contact with water.

  • Remove jewelry before showering or swimming.

  • Avoid perfumes, lotions, and cosmetics while wearing jewelry.

  • Store jewelry in a dry place away from direct sunlight.

  • Clean gently using a soft, dry cloth.

Failure to follow these care instructions may void the warranty if the damage results from improper use.

Limitation of Warranty

This warranty applies only to manufacturing defects and does not provide coverage beyond the remedies described in this policy.
